Youtube++, in case you didn’t know, is the tweaked version of the official Youtube app for iOS devices. The Youtube app does allow you to save videos for watching offline, but not all videos can be downloaded. Also, saved videos are only available for a limited time.
Youtube++ resolves all these issues by letting you download any videos you want from Youtube. You can also export downloaded videos to your Camera Roll and share with your friends easily. The app also offers a dozen of cool features to enhance your Youtube experience which will be covered below.
Initially, Youtube++ is a jailbreak tweak, which is only available for jailbroken iOS devices. But now, there are many ways you can have it installed on your iPhone or iPad without jailbreak or even without using your computer.
Method 1: Download Youtube++ using TweakBox
Step 1: Launch Safari, and go to http://tweakboxapp.com, then tap “Download app” and follow the instructions to install its configuration profile.
Step 2: Once you’ve installed the configuration profile, go back to the Home Screen and open TweakBox. Switch to the “APPS” tab and select “Tweaked Apps”. Search for “Youtube++” to find the app. If Youtube++ have a green checkmark icon beside it, it means it’s available to install now. Open it and tap on “Install”.
Step 3: Wait until the download process completes, then go to Settings > General > Device and Profile Management. There, trust the developer of the app. If you don’t know how to trust developers for third-party apps outside of the App Store, then read this article. After doing this step, you’ll be able to launch the Youtube++ app.
Method 2: Download Youtube++ Using TutuApp
